convenient and clean accommodation
clean room easy self-checkin
The room was quite spacious and clean (that's always a plus!). i found self check-in to be easy and efficient. I experienced no problems at all. the location is near shopping areas, outdoor cafes, restaurants. both the metro station and lufthansa express bus are an easy walk from the hotel.
i found tea and coffee supplies were only provided for the first day, i asked for more on the second day. the staff member gave me only one tea bag for two people and no additional coffee.

the room size was adequate, awesome for comfortable movement. the bathroom was well-lit and included all necessary toiletries. i appreciated the ample space for luggage storage within the closet (it really helped keep things organized).

great location spacious room useful cutlery smooth process
The location proved advantageous, providing simple access to transportation. The room offered ample space and included a coffee machine, a microwave, and cutlery, i found it convenient. I also used the luggage locker near the hotel. The self check-in and check-out process operated smoothly and I didn't need an account.
The supplies for coffee and tea were limited to only one day, and the staff provided only a single tea bag for two people the following day, along with no extra coffee.

The location was excellent, near the central station! The self check-in process was simple. My room was spacious. It was also very clean. I appreciated the convenience of restocking towels and coffee at my own convenience, it made everything so easy.
I noticed the sink was draining a bit slowly. the staff addressed it quickly.

the location was very convenient to the train station. the room was clean and of a good size. i used the washer and dryer in the basement, useful.
my room lacked air conditioning, so it got very hot. the coffee machine did not work. the shampoo and conditioner in the shower seemed watered down.

I got a €10 voucher to use at Kings Hotel across the street. I received it each day I declined room cleaning. The location was great, near the main train station. The room was clean. The self-check-in was convenient.
The pillows were not very good (i would have liked better ones).

the automated check-in was simple (a welcome relief after travel). i found the room very clean and spacious. its proximity to the central train station made exploring the area effortless. i appreciated the short walk to various historical sites.
the coffee machine in the room was not functional . i found the lack of immediate staff assistance slightly inconvenient, particularly with the faulty machine.
